• to explore our culture to our children 
• to support our kids to know about their culture and country
• to promote artistic collaboration and
• to create opportunities for social change

ABOUT WINTER FESTIVAL & PITHA UTSHOB 2018

Winter festival & Pitha Utshob will welcome the members of AIS family with an impressive entrance decorated with the theme of rural life of Bengal. The participants will exhibit and sale:
• pitha-puli and other food items
• handicrafts
• garment items
• paintings
• clay items
• publication
• decorative plants
• miniature of the popular historical sites etc.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

09.00 am – Exhibition starts
12: 45 pm – 1: 30 pm – Prayer and Lunch Break
3: 45 pm – 4: 30 pm – Prayer Break
05.00 pm – Exhibition ends

ENTRY INFORMATION

The fair will be open to the members of our AIS family and there won’t be any tickets or entry fee. The gates will be open to the parents and students at 8.50 in the morning.

NOTES TO THE VISITORS

• The visitors may need to wait in the queue for security purposes
• There will be gifts for the visitors waiting in the queue
• A visitor Identity card will be provided to all members of AIS family beforehand. Show your ID while entering the venue. Remember you must keep the identity card with you.

NOTES FOR THE STALL OWNERS

• Stall booking fee: 
Type A : 2000tk 
Type B: 3000tk 
Type C: 4000tk 
Type D: 5000tk

• To book a stall, collect the registration form from office and then submit after filling it up.
• All the stalls will be booked on first come first serve basis
